Some time back a traveling Belgian based art installation series
http://www.captainboomercollective.org was in Warsaw teaching people about climate change, animal extinction and human impacts. They do a great job and on a particularly freezing day kept the crowd interested. I was impressed.

They teach people about the whale by making a life like beached whale, smells, offal all included. An amazing piece of work.
