Ireland - Connemarra

Connemarra is to the north of Galway, it is a beautiful landscape, it is barren compared to other parts of Ireland it is rugged, rough and brash like a local rugby player. But, covered by rolling hills interspersed with craggy ranges, flowing streams and rivers and the home of the second largest Lough in Lough Carrib it is a captivating environment. Let's visit.

Ireland - Galway.Galway Bay

This year for Majowka, the national holiday period at the start of May, we went off to Sunny Ireland for a reunion of sorts with the country where we met. We landed in Dublin and drove over to Galway on the west coast. A lovely place to be indeed. Yes, it has been a little while in coming!
