Apperance: Nicely golden orangey -yellow. The traditional cloud associated with wheat beers and also a decent head early on, that vanished quickly when drinking.

Aroma: Really fresh and creamy, some hint of  orange and lime citrus (especially after I added lime)

In the mouth:Really smooth, simple and a little hit of hoppiness towards the back of the palate and some peachy/apricoty sweetness

Drink with: Anything that you want on a sunny summers day. It is the perfect warm weather beer. Would be equally great with fruit as with fish. A great outdoors beer.

Overall:  Really nice and a beer I will buy more of.

Apperance: dark golden honey, light short lived head, low fizz.

Aroma: Honey and apricot jam, real caramelised sugar
 

In the mouth: strawberry jam with burnt caramel, nice hoppiness to it

Drink with: pistacho nuts, light crackers and prezels, olives a real snacky associated beer.

Overall:  Not as light as hoped, you would have expected an IPA to be lighter, it is quite refreshing and has a little sugary balance at the end with fruit flavours.

Apperance: Rich blackness and a fine bead on the beer, nice caramel head that holds for about half a glass.

Aroma: warm caramel, treacle, oaty, malt.

In the mouth: beautiful mouthfeel, smooth with some tart on the sides, nice maltiness, with a small hint of sweetness.

Drink with: any sort of dessert, or anything spicy and light in volume. It isn't as heavy as a porter or stout so opens it to flexible applications with food.

Overall: One of the better beers I have had of recent times, I was really impressed and have never had a black IPA before, it was a really pleasant surprise and I would expect to buy this again.

Apperance: Crisp clean with a light head foamy head that did hang around a while longer than many lagers.

Aroma: Smells of green almonds and maybe stale urine.

In the mouth: Malty, and hoppy, it isn't big in the mouth, slides off quickly and you are left with a residual sweetness.

Drink with: We ate it with some pulled beef but to be honest, there are plenty of better beers on the market. This brewery make odd things like Chocolate, plum, cherry, and cranberry beers. Lipcowe basically means July beer, it is August now, maybe I should have not drunk it because it was the wrong month.... To be honest, don't drink it. Luckily if you have to, it comes only in 330ml so it is less pain.

Apperance: Crisp clean with a light head foamy head that did hang around a while longer than many lagers.

Aroma: Nothing really outstanding here, smells of hops to a degree and maybe a little honey and lots of yeastiness in there.

In the mouth: Crisp, light some citrus flavour, hoppy but really, like a good party guest, it doesn't hang around too long.

Drink with: Being a real lager style beer you would drink this with hot, spicy, salty or BBQ flavoured things. So maybe go with some shashlik of Mexican marinated pork.

Appearance: Lager orange- tan. Super bubbly but the head vanished quickly.

Aroma: Vanilla, cream and egg yolk. Maybe this is a custard....

In the mouth: Peaches, citrus peel, with a good hit of hops.

Drink with: A really different beer this one. It tastes like it wants to be sweet but isn't. It is really light on the tongue and doesn't really hang around in the mouth meaning you want to drink more and more of it. For this reason I would say it is great for an outdoor event, A roast on an open fire like a suckling pig would be perfect for it.

Overall: It is good, it is different. How many could you drink? Does it matter? I think it is certainly one of the nicer beers on the market, Konstancin do make consistently good beers, I would certainly drink it again.

Apperance: Reddish brown in colour, a white head with a slight yellow colour to it. Not overly gaseous.

Aroma: Herbaceous and malty sweetness, but overall very light on aroma.

In the mouth: A touch of sweetness, dark chocolatey, a hint of  rhubarb or gooseberry tart. Smooth across the tongue and finishes with this fuity nice tartness.

Drink with: Interesting beer, you could even have it with a desert I would suggest good with a pudding, chocolate is preferred, or maybe golden syrup pudding.... now I am hungry!

Overall:  A pleasant beer, easily drinkable, but probably not something you would want to drink more than one of.

Appearance: Lager yellow tan. Nice head that hung around for about half the drink.

Aroma: Unripe apricots, grass, but pleasant.

In the mouth: Grassy and fresh, a hint of young stone fruit, hoppy.

Drink with: A really pleasant beer, we drink it with food loaded with garlic and it went down a treat. I would say this is one that can go well with many things due to its subtle tastes and smells. Take it was things strong in flavour, duck, lamb or marinated BBQed things.

Overall: We really liked it, maybe it was just the right day for it, maybe it complimented our vegetarian feast or maybe it is just good.... we'll go with the last one.

Appearance: Light yellow in fact very pale, as if it was cider. Light airy head that lasted a while.

Aroma: Rye, grass, sharp, maybe even some zestiness.

In the mouth: Bitter, quite bitter, it tastes of endive, yes an odd thing to taste, but it means it is bitter but still juicy and full flavoured. It had a graininess in taste not texture.

Drink with: This was a surprisingly refreshing beer, to have something combined with Rice is a real treat. I was surprised I enjoyed it so much and it didn't last long. I think being 4.5% it really is a good summer beer. I'd say this would go well with squid, onion rings or mussels. Also just with salads that contain grains like buckwheat, barley etc.

Overall: Surprisingly good, I bought it a few weeks back but had been drinking plenty of wine in the mean time and kept forgetting to try it. But I am glad I bought it. I think this is probably their best beer of the series.

Apperance: A beautiful natural cloudiness to it. Bright amber/gold in colour.

Aroma: Hoppy, malty, creamy, and a little citrus coming through.

In the mouth: In the mouth it has a brief initial sweetness which soon turns to a rich honey and creaminess, some hops there but not so much. It ends up being a little grassy, plenty of malty goodness.

Drink with: A great one to have with Asian food especially things that are spicy and/or salty. A good summer beverage.

Apperance: Long lasting head which stays for most of the glass, and I was drinking it slowly!

Aroma: There isn't really much on the nose here, and by that I mean it doesn't smell a great deal. This could be because of the thick head on the beer or just that it is a pretty cold beer.

In the mouth: It started off very, very hoppy and that was about all I could get. But, as the beer warmed up a little the malt sweetness came through.

Drink with: It would be something nice to drink with Mexican food, or maybe something like pasta with a tomato sauce. As it is so hoppy you need something with a some bite to compliment it.

Overall: A pleasant beer, but really nothing special. The huge flavour of hops in here makes it nice enough to drink, but I don't think I could drink more than one.
